Kate graduated from Illinois State University in 2018 with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science and also had the opportunity to study abroad in Italy for a summer. Kate joined the PPVS team as a veterinary assistant in May 2018. She has a 98 lb chocolate lab, named Sam, and an 11 lb min pin/chihuahua mix, named Frank. Her hobbies include traveling, taking an obnoxious amount of pictures of her dogs, and binge watching “Game of Thrones”.
